Lotchie - English Version

Loochie I see you so this one's for you my sister in law through and through

When I first stepped in, I felt the room go still
Like a soft sunrise leaning over every hill
Loochie, you move with a quiet, steady grace
Strength in your hands, love shining on your face

Forty feet high, you reach for fruit and light
Turning work to wonder in the orchard bright
You climb for the market, you carry the load
With tireless faith on that narrow road
You stretch a dollar till it sings, not bends
Making room for joy where the worry ends

Loochie, you are a blessing in my sight
Sweet as rain and fierce as morning light
You hold this family close with care so true
Everything you give comes shining through
Loochie, you are a blessing in my life
A steady flame, a love that keeps us right

And little L-A, Louie Andre, your sweet boy
You guide his footsteps with a mother's joy
Teaching him patience, teaching him to stand
With tenderness woven through your hand

And when Louie's gone for weeks to chase the pay
You keep the home steady, you light the way
Two hard-working hearts, one promise in the air
Built on devotion, discipline, and prayer

Loochie, you are a blessing in my sight
Sweet as rain and fierce as morning light
You hold this family close with care so true
Everything you give comes shining through
Loochie, you are a blessing in my life
A steady flame, a love that keeps us right

I married into love, and found a brighter home
Where every sacred corner let me know
That family can bloom like harp strings in the breeze
And mercy can grow tall in trees

Loochie, you are a blessing in my sight
Sweet as rain and fierce as morning light
You hold this family close with care so true
Everything you give comes shining through

Loochie, you are a blessing in my life
A steady flame, a love that keeps us right
So I sing your name with grateful pride
For the help you give and the love you hide
Loochie, may the world know what I know
You are the kind of heart that helps love grow
